How does it work?
Pick a facility, pay $3, and the report is compiled fresh and emailed to you within minutes — with a link that stays live. That\u2019s the whole flow: no subscription, no account, nothing to cancel.
Do providers get a discount, bulk plan, or badge?
Not today — by design. In our launch phase zReports is consumer-only: no provider products exist, so no provider relationship can ever color a score. Any future provider offering will buy distribution of the score, never influence over it.
What if the facility I check has almost no record?
Newer facilities are marked "insufficient records — new facility" rather than scored unfairly. If a report would tell you almost nothing, we tell you that before you pay.
Refunds?
If a report fails to deliver the record we promised — wrong facility, missing sections, technical failure — email support@zreports.org and we refund it, no questions.
