Your account belongs to you, not your employer. Your employer sees only aggregate usage across the whole workforce, never your name and never what you checked. If you change jobs, your membership and your reports stay with you.

Questions families ask
Is zReports Health my health insurance?
No. It is a separate benefit that works alongside your insurance. It does not change your plan, your doctors, or your network. It helps you choose facilities with the record in hand.
Does it cost me anything?
If your employer provides it, no. Your employer code activates unlimited reports at no cost to you.
Which email should I use?
Your work email, so we can verify your benefit. You can add a personal email later so your membership stays with you if you change jobs.
Can my employer see what I check?
No. Your employer sees only totals across the whole workforce, never individual activity.
Can I check facilities for my parents or someone on another insurance plan?
Yes. Check any facility for anyone. The record is public; we make it readable.
What if I don't have an employer code?
You can still see the free records grade for any facility and purchase individual reports. Ask your benefits team whether zReports Health is offered where you work.
