zReports Health Decision Analyzer
AI that analyzes how your company buys healthcare.
zReports is an AI-powered healthcare purchasing intelligence platform for self-funded employers. The Decision Analyzer studies your company's public filings, your care market, published prices, and the official quality record, then delivers a purchasing brief built specifically for your company: where the spread is, what it is worth, and what to do about it. Inside the health plan you already have.

In 2026 the biggest consultancies began shipping AI tools that analyze how employers buy healthcare. Those tools are built for their clients: companies with thousands of employees and consulting retainers to match.
The Decision Analyzer brings the same class of analysis to self-funded employers with 25 to 2,000 employees, and it starts one level deeper: not just which network to buy once a year, but which facility each episode of care actually happens in. That is where the money moves, claim by claim.
The annual purchase
One network decision a year
What the big-consultancy tools analyze. Made once, at renewal, by the CFO.
The everyday purchase
Thousands of care decisions a year
What the Decision Analyzer works on. Made all year, by employees and their families, inside your network. This is where self-funded spend actually leaks.
What the Analyzer examines
Four layers of public data, assembled for your company specifically. No claims feed, no eligibility file, no integration. We need nothing from you to build your brief.
Layer 1
Your public filings
Your company's own Form 5500: plan participants, funding structure, and the carrier or administrator where disclosed.
Layer 2
Your care market
The hospitals, surgery centers, imaging centers, and clinics your workforce realistically uses, mapped around where your people live and work.
Layer 3
Published prices
Federally mandated price transparency files for those facilities, compared across the common, shoppable procedures a workforce your size generates.
Layer 4
The official quality record
Inspections, penalties, outcomes, and staffing from government records on 166,000+ US facilities. The layer price tools do not have.
What your brief contains
A short, specific document about your company. Not a product deck.
Your snapshot. What the public record says about your plan.
Your market map. The facilities your employees choose between.
Your price exhibit. Side-by-side published prices for 3 to 5 common procedures across those facilities.
Your quality overlay. Which of the lower-priced options also carry the stronger official record. Higher quality and lower cost are usually the same building.
Your estimated opportunity. An annual range, with every step of the arithmetic shown and every source named.
Every figure in a brief is an estimate from public data and typical utilization patterns, labeled as such. We show the math so you can check it. Savings are measured later, in your own data, never promised up front.
Why it is credible
Built the way an auditor would build it
Every number traces to a public source: your federal filing, a federally mandated price file, a government inspection record. Nothing in a brief comes from marketing claims, ours or anyone's. No facility can pay to change how it scores.
What it costs
Free for qualifying employers
Briefs are free for self-funded employers while program places remain open. If the brief shows no real opportunity, we tell you that too, and you keep the analysis.

Questions employers ask
Is the brief really free?
Yes, while program places remain open. Each brief is real analytical work, so places are limited and requests are queued in order.
Do you need our claims data or any internal information?
No. The brief is built entirely from public sources: your Form 5500 filing, federally mandated price transparency files, and official government quality records. If you later run a pilot, outcomes are measured by your team in your own data, under our protocol. We never touch PHI.
Does anything change in our health plan?
No. Nothing about your plan, carrier, network, or TPA changes. The Analyzer informs decisions inside the plan you already have.
Who is this for?
Self-funded employers with roughly 25 to 2,000 employees. Brokers, benefits consultants, and TPAs can request a brief for a client, and many do.
How is the opportunity estimate calculated?
Published prices for common procedures at the facilities in your market, multiplied by the utilization a workforce of your size and type typically generates, using published utilization benchmarks. The brief shows the full arithmetic and names every source, so your own team can verify each step.
