zReports.org publishes independent ratings of facilities and operators, computed from official government records, and sells individual reports compiled fresh at order time. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any facility we rate.
Reports are digital goods delivered at purchase. If your report fails to deliver or a link stops working, contact support@zreports.org and we will restore access. If we cannot deliver your report, we will refund you.
You may use zReports for personal, non-commercial decision-making, and journalists may cite our data with attribution to zReports.org. You may not scrape, resell, or republish the site's data at scale, misrepresent our ratings, or use the service to harass any person or business.
The Consumer Z Score™, our compiled reports, rankings, and site content are the property of zReports. The underlying government records are public information.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, zReports disclaims all warranties and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
