Compiling from records means errors are ours alone. Confirmed factual errors are corrected within 48 hours — and noted on the report.
If any zReport misstates the public record — a wrong facility match, an outdated license status, a transcription error — email corrections@zreports.org with the report number and the source you believe is correct. We verify against the original government record and correct confirmed errors within 48 hours. We correct facts; we do not negotiate scores.
