Founding Software Engineer, Full Stack
You will build the product surfaces of the intelligence graph: facility pages, purchasing briefs, the Analyzer, and the pipelines that keep millions of official records flowing into them.
What you will work on
- Node and Express services on Railway, Postgres on Supabase, static frontends on Netlify
- Data heavy pages that render fast and read clean
- Benchmark and verification tooling for the healthcare AI data stream

- You have shipped production TypeScript or JavaScript systems end to end
- SQL is a first language, not a chore
- You want ownership of whole systems at a company where the data is the product
Founding Data Engineer, Healthcare Records
You will own the pipelines that turn federal and state files, CMS, CDC, SAMHSA, and state licensing registers, into one normalized, longitudinal graph of the US healthcare delivery system.
What you will work on
- Loaders, entity resolution across CCN and NPI identifiers, and change capture over time
- Refresh systems where every fact carries its source and timestamp
- The data foundations of published benchmarks and whitepapers

- You have wrangled large messy public datasets into clean schemas
- You think in idempotent pipelines and audit trails
- Healthcare data experience helps but rigor matters more
Healthcare Data Analyst
You will produce the numbers behind our studies and whitepapers, and quality check the benchmark items we publish, with the standard that every figure can be re-derived from a named public dataset.
What you will work on
- SQL and Python analysis over federal quality, penalty, staffing, and outcome files
- Reproducible study pipelines, compute then render, no hand transcription
- Review passes on benchmark questions before anything ships

- Your analysis survives someone else re-running it
- You write clearly about what the data does and does not show
Clinical Expert Network, Physicians and Nurses
We are building a paid network of clinicians who author and review expert tasks for healthcare AI evaluation: realistic questions, graded answers, and rubrics grounded in how care actually works.
How it works
- Project based and remote, scoped tasks with clear deliverables
- US licensure or equivalent clinical experience, any specialty
- No patient data involved, ever
