zReports.org ("zReports," "we") is an independent consumer rating service. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Order information. When you purchase a report, we collect your email address to deliver it and to let you retrieve it later.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Standard server logs and basic analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) used to operate and improve the service.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your identity or your purchase with any facility. Facilities are never contacted or notified.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our pages.

About the facility information we publish

The ratings and records on zReports are compiled from official government sources — state licensing registers, federal quality reporting, and federal accident and exclusion databases — that are public by law. Questions about an underlying record belong with the issuing agency; questions about how we reflect it can go to support@zreports.org.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to function (for example, completing checkout). No advertising cookies.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@zreports.org from the address you used at purchase. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA the same way; we honor such requests regardless of state.

Children

zReports is intended for adults making care and booking decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
